I use old green in almost everything unless it is new and has OEM antifreeze, then I will try to keep it original.

Have 07 freightliner/mbe engine with red anti in it, looks good and clean, but I need a gal. to top it off after changing a sensor on the truck.

Is this dexcool or some other. Local hardware/auto supply stores didn't have any red.
