| I know several people on here have built houses. What are some tips or things i should look into when building? Im in a fairly mild area hitting 100 only a couple times a year and only hitting below 0 once every 3-5 years. Dont have a huge budget so im handling the general contracting myself to save money. so any tips on the general contracting would be helpful too
