I'm a person that loves ice cream. In my world I'm suspicious of anybody that doesn't like ice cream or doesn't drive. It's been suggested that eating ice cream leads to weight gain, I've suggested eating leads to weight gain. Real ice cream is really good and I believe healthy. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/11/23/ice-cream-breakfast-makes-smarter-japanese-scientist-claims/ This article notes eating desert at breakfast may be better than later in the day or in the evening. Now this is my idea of breakfast.
