| Thinking about getting a bale processer for bedding, but don't know if they are worth the cost. Our farms are about 2 to 3 miles apart so we are looking at one to pull with a tractor. Thinking a vermeer or hay buster because of dealers in the area. Also one with a blower so we don't have to get into lots. Biggest thing is to save time on bedding and not to have to haul a skid loader around all the time. Is there any certain amount of bales to run through or number of head to bed to make it justified. Thinking used not new if it matters. Any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA | |
