Subject: 925F John Deere platform - vibration issue

Recently bought new to us 925F to replace an older 925 head on our 9510. Hooked up platform and wow did it vibrate. Unhooked auger drive to confirm its only in sickle drive, also removed belt for sickle drive to eliminate bench jackshaft. Dealer spent a hole day trying to find issue, replace bent cutterbar and support plate under wobble box (along with ball joint). Replaced wobble box, sickle was brand new when we recieved it. Adjusted all springs and tensioners for wobble box according to manual. Leveled and adjusted stabilizer's under cutterbar. After all this the only solution we found was to slow header speed down to 480rpm, which somewhat limits ground speed. Even at 480rpm it still vibrates much worse than our older 925 running at 520 rpm-which is what the manual says to set it at. Wishing we had our older head back.
Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Anyone else have an issue like this before? TIA
