Southeast Colorado | Was a Cubs fan in years past (Sandberg, Dunston, Grace days) thanks to WGN and no Colorado team. With all of the money in professional sports I'm not nearly as happy for the players as I am the fans. I did enjoy how just about every critical move by both managers blew up in their face last night. Any average arm chair QB could have managed that game as well or better than they did. Made for good entertainment. I do have sympathy for Cubs fans though because it will never be the same for you. As a die hard Broncos fan it really changed my attitude after finally winning a Superbowl. We yanked our kids out of school and went to the parade and had a blast. Now our next couple of wins......while still fun.......are just not like that first one. And we had a much shorter dry run than you Cubbies fans! Now though.......go Rockies! Have a feeling my grand kids will be the first to see them win it all!.......maybe.
