Went to Texas a week ago and saw a lot of corn not harvested along the I80 highway from the Quad Cities to Des Moines and then saw a lot of soybeans still in the fields from Des Moines down through Kansas. 

Came back today and there's still a lot of big fields not harvested.  I only saw a half dozen fields that were tilled and maybe that many combines running.  It didn't seem that wet anywhere but then driving along on the highway doesn't always give you a true view.

Trees changed a lot in that week but there's a lot of green both in grass and trees still there.
