Northwest Illinois | I purchased a meridian SLMD 10-72auger this summer. Brand new auger but a few years old sitting on a dealers lot. When i got it home i greased it up, raised and lowered and then ran it for a few minutes to make sure there were no problems, everything worked fine. Started corn this weekend set up auger turn on pto and shear pin breaks, replace pin and everything is fine, unload 7 trucks, 8th truck pin breaks again. It has not broken under load but several times within a few seconds of starting auger, any suggestions? | |
