Subject: Statement in deceased landlords will have any power?

Pawnee,gage county, neb
I'll try to sum thus scenario up in as few words possible. Old bachelor owns 1/4 section of good dryland farm ground & has rented it to same local farmer for many years. Old bachelor dies & in his will it states thar the local farmer has right to farm (rent) the farm for as long as the local farmer currently renting it or one of the current renters sons or daughters chooses to do so. The old bachelors nieces & nephews inherited the farm & he thought that they wouldn't ever sell it. Well he was wrong. The farm is up for public auction soon & people are curious if the local farmer currently renting the farm has any legal right to continue renting it even if it is sold to a new owner?
