Subject: Footing Size for Hog Nursey

NE Iowa
I would like to build a 40 X 84 solid floor deep bedded hog nursery with 8 inch thick 4 ft concrete sidewalls and 8 ft wood walls on top of that (Basically a pole building on concrete walls). I plan on putting a 4 ft footing under ground with a base at the bottom for the sidewalls. How thick and wide should the base be underneath the wall/footing. Is 18 inches wide X 7.5 inches thick suffice or overkill? We have fairly solid clay 4 ft down.

Also, I plan to put a 14 ft door on the both ends (40ft side) . Do I need to put footings underneath this part of the building or can I basically have two separate walls on each side of the building?

How much 5/8 rebar should I put in the base and the walls?
