Texas | I have about twenty acres planted with haygrazer that has come up really nicely. Solid and about a foot tall. Someone has approached me about grazing it. It has excellent fence around it, water, and pipe corrals with squeeze chute. What would be a fair rent to charge per head per day? I am contemplating renting it out or just buying cattle myself like I do every other year. Last year I ran 15 head on it from June to November without needing to feed. | |
