Subject: Lead off herbicide damage

Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Was scouting beans this weekend, and beans look rough. Stand is good, but the beans are not growing as well as they should.

I should add that we have been very dry here. April and May were drier than drought of 2012 and were the driest here in the last 20 years or so.

I just figured beans looked bad due to it being very dry this year. However, I looked over some records and noticed that where I did not burn down with Leadoff, beans look really good. BUT where Lead off was used, beans are struggling. I know that there is a 30 day limit on planting after spraying Leadoff, but the beans were not planted until at least 40-45 days after we burned down.

Has anyone else experienced Leadoff damage in a dry year? How much did it impact yields?
