Subject: Poor corn emergence after Cinch ATZ and Prequel?

Southeast Ohio
Im wondering what happened to my corn on one field. Pre consisted of Cinch ATZ 2.3 qt/ac plus Prequel 1.7 oz/ac.

Corn won't seem to sprout in this area. I first thought the planter messed up and stopped dropping seed, but after a little digging, all the seed is there but wont seem to sprout out of the ground. Seedlings in the soil or just trying to break the surface look yellow. The rest of the field looks great.

It is possible I got some overlap of my pre emerg herbicide.... Is this killing my germination? I also added micronutrients to my broadcast fertilizer this year, Boron, Zinc, Sulfur - based on last years soil test. Could over application of micros be doing this?

Soil conditions were the best in that field as compared to others. Its higher ground, so its not wet. JD 7000 6RN. Conventional till. Martin row cleaners and closing wheels. Keatons.

This is the first time I've gone Corn on Corn in this field. The rest of this field and all my other fields I can say: this is the best corn I have ever planted. It's the most even picket fence stand, with uniform emergence I've ever produced.

It's too late to fix now, and not a big enough area that I would try to replant. Just trying to learn from my likely mistake or shine some light on what else I could have done wrong.
