Subject: Planting soybeans PLEASE HELP!!!!

Northwest Arkansas
I am a new farmer and have just purchased a JD 7000 4 row wide planter it has brush meters that had milo plates, I purchased 60 cell SB plates from shoup for the meters and now I find out that there is a milo brush meter( I am not sure if I have the milo meters or bean meters) I have no way to get in touch with the previous owner either. will my bean plates work in these meters accurately to plant beans or will I have to buy bean meters? I will be splitting the middles with the planter, my seed/fert. man said to shoot for 100k pop in 19" rows, yesterday I set the planter by the book and its dropping 16 seeds per ft. my seed guy says I need 4-5 seeds per ft, any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank You
