The fencer has the red light on , but it stays on solid . It does not blink or pulse as it should . I have reset it but no changes . I tried the company , but the gal immediately wanted to direct me to a service center and reminded that it was out of warranty . Any ideas ? I would much rather fix it myself if possible .
