Subject: Ever have a Fuel pump fill the crankcase?

North Western Alberta
Hesston 6550 swather, Perkins diesel. 234 I think? Anyways, I think the fuel pump failed, and filled the crankcase with diesel. Went to go do a round, just to test out the swather, and the canola, and half way there, oil started pouring out the dipstick tube. Engine is full of fluid, looks like diesel thinned oil.

Anyone ever have one of these little lift pumps on the side of a Perkins fail?

Local dealer has 5 in stock. Must be a fairly common thing. Maybe I will buy two, as they are only 53 bucks each.
