Amenia, ND | I have a tiger mate shank disassembled and was trying to reassemble and can not get the bushing pivot bolt to line back up. I need to compress spring more but the bushing spacer in spring on long bolt is set tight and can't get to line pivot bolt to go together. It looks like I need to collapse the spring more do they use a special tool? Any input would be great what am i missing.
