Subject: Wooden tongue on baleage?

NS Canada
Known it to be more pasture related, but these cattle are on good grass and clover baleage. Seen her lying there drooling a bunch, almost dry heaving a couple of times -but those motions were like 10 mins apart. Mainly just laying there drooling. Caught her and gave her some penicillin, she then walked over and picked at the feeder, so she is eating some, but has lost some weight.

Same cow I trimmed hooves on a month ago, but doubt that's related in any way - but they were bad. Lump is pretty solid to the touch.
