SD | I'm just wondering how everybody is able to pay for their healthcare? My wife and I started a plan 4 years ago after she quit her job in town to work on the farm full time. The premium was manageable at first ($500/ month), but now we are over $900/ month. We are both healthy as far as I know and we haven't used the insurance for anything over the past 4 years. I'm not sure if we can keep making the payments if it keeps rising like this. What is everybody else doing? We have a neighbor who just gave it up entirely and quit paying it... not sure how that works. | |
