Looking at an opportunity on 50/50 lease. Arrangement would be: landlord gets 50% of crop and pays 50% of seed, fertilizer, non herbicide chemicals (insecticide, fungicide). I would pay 100% of herbicide. Is it fair for me to pay 100% of herbicide? How are other 50/50 leases set up?
Is this 50/50 lease fair?
