Subject: English NAT folks - questions about Doc Martin

Mississippi

A couple of weeks ago we (my wife and I) started watching "Doc Martin" from the first episode (via Netflix).

Quirky show and a lot of fun. Reminds me of "Northern Exposure," a long-ago U.S. show about a New York doctor who is sent to a small town in Alaska to work down his med school loans. Also, "Doc Martin" kinda reminds me of "Doc Hollywood" about a city doctor who ends up in rural Georgia. Plus, Martin has the social skills of Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory".

We also have been drawn to the landscape and scenery.

What would be the best time to visit that part of England? At least in the series so far it all seems to be set in warmish, nice weather.
