Subject: Next years fertility program question???

NE OKLA
Kicking a few ideas around while shelling corn on how to build more soil fertility. I didn't get to apply chicken litter in spring cause it was to wet. I take yearly samples a use if use litter (state law). Everything is low and o.m. is in 3's. My thought was to let the cattle have the stalks after corn harvest but also feed them there this winter (unrolling hay with deweze) unless it turns wet. Next spring apply 3 tons of litter and plow it all in. My question is would I have any issues plowing that all under with crop disease or bugs? Grass will try to come up I'm sure but I plant rr seed so I should be able to keep that down. Mind you this just a 20ac field right next to the house. (Large test plot)
