Central Nebraska...LOTS of corn just hitting tassel stage with forecasts of 95+, heat indexes of 110 for the next week.
Will this affect grain fill? I'm not very familiar with this situation. We are usually hot at tassel, but not heat warnings everyday type of hot. This will affect millions of acres of prime, irrigated corn country in NE FWIW.
