Subject: Soybeans after surestart

NE IL
I had surestart applied as a pre for corn back in mid April. We've had some pretty good rains since then and now I've got some drowned out spots that total up to a few acres. If it gets dry enough before July 10th or so would it be worth planting soybeans in these holes to at least keep the weeds down or will the surestart still hold back the beans??
