Subject: new to vac meters - need a couple pointers

have precision planting meters with deere soybean discs. 2 meters are running consistantly 5-10k below the others.... sometimes more like 15-20k. i have moved them around thinking seed tube could be problem, even switched the door/cover, but seems to be in meter. disc looks fine. i have the brush position switched, singulator held back and paperclip flipped back, what should i look for to remedy this problem?
