SE South Dakota
As I get older (60's) I don't feel like staying out in the field real late every night. We use the planter for both corn and soybeans. Just wondering if there is an acre # that people use when they take a jump from 16 to 24.
Also thinking about the new Deere 1775, I will never plant at 10mph but may consider 6 1/2 with one. Currently have a 1770CCS and plant corn at 4.9 mph and soy around 5.4 mph.
We live in SE South Dakota have no tile and heavy soil so when it gets wet it takes a while to dry out.
