| Listened to the ad video on the 5 foods to avoid eatting.
My New Years res is to eat 'better'
This vid says weight will shed itself if you avoid the 5 foods they shunned, and do eat regular food with balanced carbs and proteins
The fifth food to avoid was corn in ALL forms,,, get this,,,because its ALL GMO,,,and geneticly modified to get livestock fatter quicker,,,(HUH)??? therefore all forms of corn is so afflicted. High fructose corn syrup, sweet corn, the whole gamete of corn
So what effect does "POPCORN" play into that. Air popped is only way I can stand eatting it. No microwave corn here. little real butter for flavor. Is that a healthy or bad for your health??weight etc.
