Thinking about turning some 550lb calves that have just been weaned out on some corn stalks. Hiw long would am acre last per calf? I'm planning on going in there today and drilling some wheat pretty thick to get something growing for them. I've read where I need to have them full of hay before turned out on the stalks. Any other suggestions?
