SW MN | How many of you dry lot cow/calf pairs though the summer??..I've done some in the past but seem you have more health problems in the calves and the breed back isn't as good as out on grass....Only asking because the landlords on a big chunk of pasture I've been renting are wanting a figure that definitely doesn't work, think they see to many market reports in the paper....I can definitely dry lot with tmr cheaper through the summer..Any thoughts or advice?? | |
