Got e-mail last nite from landowner(relative) saying cash rent next year would be $50 higher or would look for new tenant. Would make $325 on class B ground. We have been paying bonuses 4 out of 5 last years.
Does e-mail count as notification by Sept 1 or does it need to be in writing like all lease communication?
