woods 1800 bat wing mower won't let the wings go down without pulling them down with my skid loader.
i know i'm missing something easy!
this is only a year old , hinges seems to be free, will go down if we get them half way. can't even push them by hand need a loader.
WHAT GIVES?? or doesn't.
