south texas | Our very seasoned mf 1135 quit while going down the road last week, I wanst driving it so dont know details. Pulled inj pump today and inspection cover was full of fuel. Got pump set on f on dail then noticed a master spline on shaft so it seams u can not install out of time. Pump is so free that u can spin with your hand and it will continue to turn for a second or so. First time with this pump, does seem too free compared to bosh and rm pumps I am more familiar with. Any ideas if this is worn out. Tractor will run for a sec then die, may or may not restart. This motor does have a valve guide problem, it puked oil out of exhaust but has done it for years. This is my forklift tractor so lots of idle work with small road trips. We keep it full of oil. | |
