Subject: understanding seed size

NE Iowa
So I got some of my seed corn in the shed and was looking it over. I have a white 5100 planter with med and large plates. I told seed dealer last fall I was after med rnd seeds.
The seed bags are marked as seed size F1 and are 2120seeds per #, 37.7#'s per 80k bags.
To me that sound like small seed and the F1 makes me think Flat small seed. Am I correct?
How should I try setting my planter for these?
very low air pressure for sure.
