s.w. Wi. | Just wondering when did all of the landlords start expecting all the rent in February or earlier? I know it used to be expected in the following fall and a few of my landlords still expect this. Most want it at the beginning of the year and I can't really remember when it all started changing around here. How many other businesses are there that pay all of a years rent and other expenses in advance? Some landlords use my rent early to fund their business expenses .
Just thinking out loud, as the interest on operating loan accumulates and ground still frozen.
Yeah, most places with inventory have the same thing, but at least they have inventory. | |
