Northwest Tennessee | With hydraulic deck plates, what is the range of movement on these, How far will they move, 1/2", 1", etc......?
Have the deck plates off and trying to determine where to set the left one. Adjustment is all the way down. So trying to determine the minimum gap to set it at ? Knowing how far they will actually adjust out will help.
Also, had a local welding shop add some hard surface to the deck plates. Assuming I should grind this down to make the hard bead smooth ( was real lumpy in places)? Question is Grind a little or a lot, i.e. Should I grind the edge back perfectly smooth ? | |
