| Can someone tell me what years JD box drills were made? I am referring to the 750 style drills. When did they switch to the new numbers like 1560 and 1590, and what were the major changes? I am looking at buying a well used one to rebuild with updated components such as spiked closing wheels, etc. What years are best to avoid? I hear that there were a lot of zerks on the early 750's, but a later 750 may be the best bargain. TIA | |
