Carter Montana | I've had a snag upgrading to version 13.0. When updating online the program hung on installing the Microsoft Visual C++ for the installation. It had words to the effect that it could not find the file or read the file. Can't remember exactly. It won't upgrade now and essentially does nothing. Anyone else seen this yet. Edit: It says Installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it.
