Subject: Pickup ?

Looking at a 2004 2500 Chevy with 6.0 or 2005 F250 V10 to haul hay/cattle pull seed buggy and anhydrous tanks. I currently have a 98 Chevy with 454, would I be terribly disappointed in the 6.0?
