| Just finished day 5 of aeromycin crumble, feed at 1lbs per 1000lbs of animal. 4 of the worst cows were treated with 120cc of oxytetracycline, the worst cow then is perked up and talking when I feed. Now enter new obstacle, about 6 head have developed pinkeye while the were shut in the lot, hot and dusty here this week. I just turned them back on grass to try to stop pinkeye spreading. Will keep a very close eye on them. | |
