Subject: EZ Guide 500 Locks Up

West Tennessee
We have 2 EZ Guide 500's and both of them are giving us intermittent problems. We're using one on the sprayer (4710) controlling an EZ Boom and the other one is only guidance for the grain drill. Both units several times this year have gone to a black screen and won't restart when turning them off and on. The only way to get them back is to do a 2 button reset and one time we had to do a 3 button to get them going. I know power problems can be an issue but both of these are wired in pretty solid and in separate machines. Is that the only possible answer? Both firmwares are the latest version. This is very aggravating because when it happens I usually have to walk the operator through the whole setup process and then something gets checked that shouldn't be and then have to find all those problems. Plus we loose all of our farm names etc. It's really aggravating. Can these things be sent off to check for problems? Would they even be able to tell anything since it's intermittent? Any advice is appreciated.
