| I have a new mounted fast 963P sprayer with a deere rate controller, standard valve, flow meter and 6 boom sections on an 8410t. When I hit any hyd lever to engage the pump or to fold the sprayer i loose communication with the rate controller and starfire 3000. After a few min of not using hydraulics the starfire 3000 icon comes back on the display but I have to unplug and plug back in the iso to get the rate controller to come back on.
Also the flow meter is showing from 40-200gpm without any product actually flowing through the hose.
I have unplugged the iso cable from the tractor and used the hydraulics with no communication problems with the starfire
I also tried a different ISO cable from the nh3 bar with the same results.
I have used the tractor all spring on a ISO planter and Fast Pull type sprayer with a deere rate controller and the same type of raven flow meter and valves.
Have you guys had any rate controllers that were DOA?
