A friend of mine in Palm Springs who swings a decent stick in Europe & Asia wanted me on this call with him; these fellows, money managers, who operate out of Europe representing 380 significant Players out of China & Europe, mostly Germany, still have solid interest in Caribbean resorts, casinos and ETHANOL & Biodiesel when the 'shakeout' is near completed. Projects of $250 Million+. If loans, and not equity, will do 100% particpating loans as long as the operators & promoters are solid and experienced. Long term players, don't care whether the deal is profitable for the first couple of years. Have dollars to invest. Want to get rid of dollars, that is obvious. | |
