N. IL | Another day, another problem.
Yesterday Field IQ controlling clutches and using CFX750 for guidance with RTX worked in one field, and in another. Until, we tried to set and A-B line, then it shut off all clutches in middle of field. Today tried running in Manual around field, switched to auto. It is now leaving 20-30' gaps starting a pass, but shutoff was good finishing past.
Still do not exactly know how to get the thing active when starting field. We cycle switches multiple times, sometimes goes other times waits. Dealer did latest update earlier this month, not sure on the version as we only got the bill for the service call.
It is also providing GPS to the Pro 700 for the planter, however this comes and goes sporadically. It had GPS to the Pro for a while on the road, shutdown for rain delay, then never came back in the field.
I am convinced the Field IQ is out to get us. We have no manual or training on how to adjust the clutches or to operate the system. Just running by what the monitor says. I hate this thing.
