Manitoba | looking to get educated. only planter i've ever used is an 8 row 1750 JD. But looking to probably upgrade to a larger planter for next year and want to start doing some serious research over the year to be sure to make the right decision. in looking at advertised planters online the only hitch type i see is what i think is called a 2 point hitch. think that is the only type of hitch i've seen although hitch is not always visible. the planter i have is a normal drawbar hitch. do all larger planters use that type of hitch or are there options. if so, what is the advantage of the different types?
