Owensville, MO | Brother has a 97 model international tandem dump with with a DT530 and Allison auto, 6speed I think. It's an ex MoDot truck. He has been having electrical issues off and on with it and this week it quit on his driver. Mechanic is trying to find the problem with no luck. He has found a couple loose connections and has now got the truck to start and run fine, however the transmission won't do anything and there is no electrical power to the push button control in the cab for the tranny. He is looking for a "transmission control relay"? but cannot find it. Need to know where this relay is or where the control pad for the tranny gets it's power from. Right now there is no power to anything in the push button control in the cab and none of the buttons or lights do anything. Any help would be appreciated. Truck just acts like it's in neutral all the time. He is 99.9% sure the problem is electrical.
