Central East River South Dakota | So we had the issue, we want gates to keep the cattle out of the feed lanes and away from the overhead doors. But we also want to use them to keep cattle away when feeding. Problem: 16 ft wide crossways and 18 ft doors. Solution: bi-fold gates. I made one with slam latches, that took a lot more engineering and measuring. I made the other with chain latches, much simplier.
