Subject: Soil Temp for Soybean planting

North Dakota
I know you want to plant corn when soil temps reach the magical 50 degree mark, but what is the number a guy wants to shoot for when planting soys? I have heard to avoid planting them in morning following cool nights as the cool temperature will shock the seed and you will lose yield, is there any truth to this?
