Farwell, tx. | I had a neighbor approach me the other day and ask if i would be interested in renting his pens, at first my response was probally not. After long thought i that might be just what the doctor ordered since mine are full and always wanting to expand but not necessarily build more,(need permit to go over 999hd). My question to yall is how much for pen lease per hd. The pens hold about 800 hd. Pens include decent concrete bunks, good waterers, processing facility(kinda), scales, silage pits, commodity barn, and whey tank. I would pay electricity and keep up the maintenance on the well and pens. | |
