Schochoh Ky | Logan county NRCS will hold a very informal , cover crop meeting this Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m.,at the Schochoh community center.There will be a short film or two and maybe a water infiltration demo and exchange of info. Then we will tour six or seven local farm operations in field,for a look at what we are doing. There will be different covers and different seeding dates and methods to view. We have drilled rye and flown on .Fertilized rye and unfertilized rye. Rye and radishes,barley,crimmisson clover, peas and turnips to mention a few.
We are going to cook sausage and biscuits and drinks.So please come if interested.
