| You say you are almost wishing for a downturn in the land market.
I have never been able to compete either.........but if you are out of the market now cause of financial ability...... you will be out at any price.......Always someone that can afford more than you..........and me.
It sucks..........but nothing one can do about it...........except win the lottery.
